Welcome to So Extra Lashes + Tanning! My name is Kaitlyn Clevenger and I have over 3 years of experience. Located in the heart of downtown Lee’s Summit Missouri, we specialize in luxurious lash extensions and sun-kissed spray tans. We offer a wide range of lash styles/sets, color lashes, decals, glitter lashes, and spray tan solutions. Our mission is to help you feel confident and radiant, whether you’re looking for fuller lashes or a glowing, bronzed look. At So Extra Lashes + Tanning, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch services with a personal touch, ensuring that every visit leaves you feeling pampered and looking your best. 🩷 💳 Payment Methods: Cash is preferred, but debit/credit cards are accepted also. Please note that all card transactions will be charged a 3.5% processing fee. 📋 Policies & First-Time Client Info: • Please fill out our lash extension intake and consent form before your appointment • Please note you need at least 40% of lashes left for it to be considered a fill. If you have less than 40% you will be charged accordingly. • Late arrivals: After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, you’ll be charged 50%, and you will need to reschedule. Unless you have communicated with me and I still have time to get you in. • No refunds will be issued once services have been performed and products used on all services. If you have any retention issues or an allergic reaction please notify me within 24 hours from your appointment time for a free mini touch up or a removal. ✨Before your lash appointment: • Remove all makeup • Limit caffeine intake • Clean your lashes • Dress comfortably • Remove contacts ☀️ Before your spray tan appointment: • Shave and exfoliate 24 hours prior • Complete any spa treatments the day before • Do NOT wear any deodorant, perfumes, and/or lotions • Remove makeup • Wear dark loose fitting clothes 🎀 If you have any questions and/or concerns before your appointment please contact me! Cancellation Policy
We value your time, and we hope you value ours too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Last minute cancellation fee is 30% of scheduled service. No shows are 50% of scheduled service with an automatic ban.
Please note that if you are later than 15 minutes, your scheduled appointment is subject to cancellation.
